I was born in a small village in the Pyrenees, full of traditions and respectful of nature.
I have seen the swallow population go down as well as the sparrow population.
I now live in Auvergne. The forest next to my house is dying…
The return to sustainable circular economy is a vital necessity.
Without dogmatism, I draw from traditions and modernity what seems to me the best to build lasting happiness.
The economy must be based on use and not consumption, wear and tear, obsolescence or waste. It must revolve around the quality, the value of the materials and the techniques used.
It is based on respect for natural ressources and sharing.
My grandmother had a very modest income and was part of the generation of those who did not throw anything away and recycled everything.
The products I design are made to last and to be passed on from person to person and from generation to generation.
